A thorough cleaning was up first. I noticed a few broken traces and a few broken 0.22uF capacitors, so I fixed the traces and replaced the broken capacitors. That got me to a series of beeps, indicating bad 2101 RAM.
The board in full glory (minus a few chips).
Serial number 773... a relatively early board.
Repairs in progress.
One fresh 2101 RAM courtesy of Phil. And more suspected bad RAMs tagged for possible replacement.
For whatever reason, it was also missing the LED, so I added a new one.
