Just because the body is back on doesn't mean we're done with Phase 1 - it still doesn't run! There are a lot of wires to connect, ground points to clean, vacuum hoses to run, fasteners to torque, things to test, double-checking to make sure I didn't miss anything important... after a day of doing all of that (and adding oil), it was time to see if the engine turned over... and it did (with a little help from a battery booster)! And the cooling system successfully held constant pressure for 30 minutes; we'll shoot for a higher time later. Next up: fuel.
Almost fully assembled now.
It's alive!
